Frank, originally from Harbin, China, has been immersed in traditional Chinese painting from a young age. He graduated from Harbin Normal University, Fine Arts College, and has 9 years of tattooing experience. Frank refined his tattoo skills under the guidance of Xiamen-based master, Teacher Awei.

As the founder of Ku Yue Tattoo in Harbin, Frank has made a significant impact in the local tattoo community, having mentored over 30 students. His background in fine arts and passion for teaching have earned him respect in both the art and tattoo industries.
